Issues of Concern 05/13/2009
These are some of the budget issues that we would like clarified in the budget. If you have any idea about them, feel free to leave me a message in the comments. If anybody wants to post a blog to this website, let me know and I will post it here. CommentsRG Thu, 14 May 2009 08:32:52 good idea you jackasses. lets cut our school's budgets and release all of our inmates so that when your children aren't getting a proper education and your house is getting burglarized we can all thank you for your support in making our county better. get some goddamn common sense. Thu, 14 May 2009 09:21:32 Wow, the internet really brings out the jerk in people. There is not a single logical argument to be found in your comment. RG Thu, 14 May 2009 11:16:47 you are right sir. name calling is absolutely the way to solve all of Harford County's problems. your incredibly irresponsible and simple minded ideas are what brings out my negativity. how do you think we are going to pay for our schools, roads and jails without paying taxes. Your exact quote is "you pay higher taxes while nobody in the County Government has lost their job." So you actually believe that the county would be better off with less workers? are you going to work at the jail? are you going to teach my kids how to read and write? because it sure doesn't sound like i would want you spreading any of your idiotic ideas to anyone i care about. Pacman Jones Thu, 14 May 2009 11:24:49 I love throwing money at things, I make it rain!!!!!! Harry Harryman Thu, 14 May 2009 11:29:11 Patrick, why don't you cough up the bucks you cheap skate. Thu, 14 May 2009 11:36:00 Harry, Thu, 14 May 2009 11:42:11 RG, Toby Sanchez Thu, 14 May 2009 13:20:19 The county budget allowed county workers last year to get a 9% raise. Did you? Did you have to pay your own health insurance? Did you get paid vacation? Did you get to use a take home car? Did you get to wait on hold while the "right" person was found...20 mins. later...to answer a question? Prop.Assesments shouldn't be higher than the prop.can be sold for, yet prop.tax is based on it's assesment. If schools are putting out folks that think like you,RG, I support vouchers!
